Returns & Refunds


If for any reason you don’t like the item you received, you are free to return it within 14 days from the delivery date. 

The following conditions apply to any eligible return:

  • All items must be in their original packaging, unused and with all original hangtags attached to the product. If we find that it has been worn, we will send the items back to you;
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the return;  
  • Return shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the sender unless you were sent the wrong item by mistake, in which case we will cover the cost of shipping to have it sent back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund;
  • Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made and/or personalized items are also not refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged;
  • If you are returning to us an item over 60 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can't be responsible for it while in transit. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:

Purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies.

PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive our confirmation e-mail.

If you purchased few items and enjoyed free shipping but later on returned few of them so that the value of the final order is below the free shipping threshold, your refund will be deducted by the shipping cost.   


For exchanges, please purchase your new item on our website, and we will refund the cost of your original item shortly after we've received it.
